What is free, and for how long?
The Customer P&L: Forward CLV on every customer, re-scored nightly, with revenue, cost, returns and forward value, the customers due, past due and at risk, Ask Tacet in Claude and the weekly brief. Any store size, for as long as you like. No card, no Klaviyo.
What does Managed Playbooks cost?
The first 30 days are free, with no base fee and no minimum. Then $0.005 for every customer scored, counted once on the last day of the month. A store with 50,000 customers pays $250 a month; with 100,000, $500; with 500,000, $2,500. The calculator above gives the figure for your count.
What counts as a customer scored?
Every customer with at least one order, counted once, on the last day of the month. Shopify admin › Customers also lists people who never ordered, so filter it to one order or more. Tacet re-scores them every night, but the bill counts them once, on that day, so it is the size of your base times $0.005, not a charge per run.
Do we need Klaviyo?
Not for the Customer P&L: it reads Shopify alone. Managed Playbooks run in your own Klaviyo, with your templates, so connecting it is the step that starts one.
Can we cancel?
Yes, anytime. The playbooks stop at the end of the month, the Customer P&L stays free, and your data stays with you.
